ANTES DE QUE MODIFICARAN LA LEY DE SEGURIDAD VIAL, EN LOS DELITOS CONTRA LA MISMA NO ERA OBLIGATORIO LA PRESENCIA DE AVOGADO DURANTE LA ISNTRUCCION DEL PROCEDIMIENTO, NO ES ASI??? MI PREGUNTA ES... SI CON LA NUEVA REFORMA EN LA QUE POR DETERMINADOS DELITOS DE TRAFICO SE PUEDE IR A PRISION SIGUE SIENDO OPCIONAL EL AVOGADO??? SI ALGUIEN M PUEDE CONTESTAR SE LO AGRADECERIA!! MUCHAS GRACIAS. |
